MOT test centre in Henbury: A Brief History
Our journey began with Connellys Auto Repair Services, established by Paul & Sean Connelly in 1994. Initially, it was an independent service specialist for the Honda marque. In 1997, due to increasing demand, we expanded our services to all makes and models and moved to larger premises. In May 2000, we acquired Cornend Limited, trading as Macclesfield MOT & Service Centre. This business, established in 1977, has been one of Macclesfield’s major MOT testing stations.
Today, we are one of the busiest MOT testing stations in the Macclesfield area, known for our high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and skilled team. We employ seven staff, six of whom are experienced technicians. We have two Class IV MOT bays and five Nominated MOT Testers. We also have four service bays and the latest tyre fitting equipment.
